In this area, it does not necessarily mean that the community is age restricted. In fact, most of the communities are not age restricted. However, these communities were created with the "active adult 55+" person in mind. The amenities, social clubs and housing types offered within these communities are compatible to the lifestyle for those trying to stay fit and engaged.
